Living a vegetarian lifestyle for 60 days certainly isn't easy if you're not sure what to eat or cook. Most of the vegetarian food I was exposed too was bland and flavorless. Another common problem is finding quality food to eat.
My solution was to simply learn how to cook vegetarian dishes and freeze them or cook them ahead of time.
