If you're trying to lose weight, then I would advise a meatless diet. It's what worked for me! I was out at a party and someone sent me a video of myself and all I could see was my gut. So I decided that I need to do something about it. I wanted to eat vegetarian but most of the food was bland and tasteless.
I couldn't look at another salad! I then decided remix some of my favorite Caribbean meals and make them meatless but with the same great taste and flavor that I loved.
